Ways ToWeave A Legacy.
This state-of-the-art building makes it possible to serve the underserved and open our doors to hundreds of new students and families who have been shut out in previous years due to overcapacity. This is making dreams of opportunity and success come true in our community.

"Everything that I have been able to do leads back to my parents and GYAC. It gave me my start, my base, and reinforced all these incredible values. "
Where Will The Money Go?
GYAC is adding eight multi-purpose learning rooms to eliminate our waiting list. $3.4 million will cover not only construction costs, but also includes three years of spendable funding to support expanded staffing, utilities and other operational expenses necessary – such as an estimated $100,000 to upgrade technology – for us to deliver our programming to every family who seeks our support.
But we can’t stop there. in addition to our usual funding, an additional $4 million in endowed funds will ensure this expansion and programming will be viable not only today, but for many years to come. Together we can transform GYAC into a sustainable community centerpiece, providing families with more than hope, but also the assurance that GYAC will remain a vital community resource for future generations. Just as GYAC helps people to be self-sufficient, this campaign will allow GYAC to be financially self-sustaining.
End the GYAC Waitlist. Expand the opportunity for brighter futures. In a world where dreams often unravel too early, GYAC has been a thread of strength within the community fabric. Our legacy of impact resonates in the victories of our children in school, summer and community. Grades and spirits rise, dreams are built and realized. Help continue to weave a support system that inspires self-sufficiency and success.
We are pleased to offer a variety of legacy opportunities, of which you may take advantage through cash, pledges, matching gifts, bequests and other planned gifts. Call us – come visit and see the difference we are making and how you can create lasting impact on the future of Gifford.
"I am still as enthusiastic about motivating and inspiring students as I was the very first day that I started teaching in 1968. Knowing you are making a difference in the lives of students is the ultimate reward”
Why Should I Be A Dreamweaver?
GYAC is a vital part in the fabric of our community – but it takes many hands to help weave this vision into reality.
We’ve shown we have the capability and capacity to deliver on our promises. We are seeking partners who value the impact GYAC has had on our community and the difference their investment will create.
We want to walk side by side with those for whom the importance of supporting self-sustaining institutions resonates. Together, we will create a stronger, healthier GYAC – a cornerstone that will serve families forever. Be a part of our story.
